Senior Consultant with 1C implementation experience

Services provided by Department:
Risk Assurance Solutions (RAS) practice provides services related to financial, process, operational and IT management controls. Serving both audit and non-audit clients, RAS provides solutions to its clients’ requirements and problems.
Internal Controls Optimisation
ERP Risks & Controls
Systems Implementation Assurance
Data Assurance
Third-party assurance and opinion services (SAS 70, agreed upon procedures)


General Description:
Deliver quality service to a variety of top-tier clients
Develop work plans and project approaches in the financial audit context and/or consulting world,
Evaluate client ERP systems and multi-platform systems while providing detailed reports on the vulnerability's of these systems to our clients,
Validate of internal controls in IT function Assessment of internal controls within business processes and information systems.
Assessment of automated controls within information systems, especially financial service applications
Supervise, coach, lead teams and individual team members


Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
University Degree in Economics/IT/Finance
At least 2 years practical 1C (preferably in consulting firm).
Familiarity with modern complex IT systems (including ERP), IT platforms, information security and controls frameworks
Working knowledge and understanding of RAS and IFRS standards
Systems assurance experience with a "Big 4" firm or IT internal audit experience is an advantage
Russian – native/fluent, English – upper-intermediate/fluent (both oral and written)
Business writing skills (both in Russia and in English)
Ability to operate in multitasking environment
Strong presentation skills
Availability for overtime work to meet tough deadlines
Willingness to travel (Russia and abroad)
1C specialist/DipIFR/PMP/ACCA/CIMA/CPA/CISA is a plus
